PT Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo which was originally PT Jakarta Communications was established in Jakarta on October 2, 2006 based on Deed No. 06 of Notary Sutjipto SH. As a successor company, PT Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo which is domiciled at Thamrin City Building, 1st Floor, Jl. Thamrin Boulevard, Kebon Melati, Central Jakarta was also appointed as a sub-holding for infrastructure, which is engaged in various fields, including;

1.  Development Business Field, including construction of telecommunication network facilities and infrastructure, construction of buildings, bridges, roads, and toll road operations.
2. For the Service Business Sector, namely working on public telecommunications service projects, information technology services and internet content, as well as toll road operation services.
3. In the field of Trading Business; the company is engaged in trading of telecommunication transmission equipment, import-export and telecommunication equipment assembly trade.
4. Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo is a subsidiary of BUMD PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), which is engaged in telecommunications and road infrastructure and has experience in the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) business / field.
5. PT Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo is a telecommunications infrastructure company that provides services to corporate customers, including Fiber Optic Operators, Tower Operators and Cellular Operators. The company also has CIQS certification which is the Telkom Group quality standard certification for telecommunication tower contractors and also toll road project operators.
6. PT Jakarta Infrastruktur Propertindo as an extension of the Special Capital Region Government of Jakarta which implements DKI Jakarta Provincial Government programs, one of which is the Smart City or Safe City Program.
